Had a carpet fitted a couple years ago by Carpet King all good, but last week noticed that the edge of the carpet had appeared to have “shrunk “ a little and had come away from the carpet gripper, I just phoned to see if there was anything I could use to stop the edge fraying, only for them to send one of their carpet fitters round to correct the problem for me, managing to put the edge back under the gripper for me.
Excellent service, excellent phone manner, this was above and beyond. Well done.👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻
